三、研究方向及简介
半导体光电子器件物理:主要进行半导体红外及太赫兹探测器件及上转换器件物理研究,围绕多频点、高温、高速、高灵敏红外及太赫兹器件的低维量子结构设计、工艺实现、实验设计以及相关应用。
具体研究方向如下:
1. 新型红外及太赫兹量子结构探测器设计与实现
2. 新型时分复用及空分复用红外光谱识别技术研究
3. 上转换无像元成像核心器件设计与实现
4. 长波/甚长波红外焦平面阵列研究
5. 半导体红外及太赫兹频率上转换器件研究
